My grandmother may have learning disabilities but that does not give my moms sister or her brothers the right to ignoring and give up on her and not work with her and help her learn how to read and write and maybe even help her file a claim with the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for the abuse they alleged they experienced by Joe while he lived at the homeless shelter in Timmins Ontario or file a lawsuit against the school for being negligent. My grandmother experienced a slip and fall accident and she has serious injuries. I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO CARES ABOUT THE FACT THAT MY GRANDMOTHER COULD OF USED THE MONEY FROM THE SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENT ON HER FUTURE AND HER FUTURE HEALTH CARE OR MAYBE SHE COULD OF USED THE MONEY ON A NURSE...SHE COULD OF USED THE MONEY TO PAY A NURSE TO COME AND VISIT HER ONCE A MONTH WHEN SHE IS 89 YEARS OLD. I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO CARES AND THE FACT THAT I AM THE FIRST PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER LOSE IS PROOF I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO CARES.

My mothers sister and my mothers brothers lack compassion. None of them helped my grandmother seek compensation so that she could use the MONEY ON HER FUTURE HEALTH CARE. Compassion is the ability to feel for another living being. Empathy is the ability to not only understand another's feelings, but also to become one with that person's distress… to put yourself in their shoes and imagine what they're going through in that situation. The police act like robots!!!

My mothers sister called a man and asked him to remove me from a Timmins Facebook group.

The man refused to remove me from the group and shortly after that incident I decided that Timmins needed a group for crown wards only.

I wish we would all get along and we all sued the CAS and Canada as a family.

My grandmother does not know how to read or write or go on the internet and my mothers sister is neglecting my grandmother and not allowing me to help her seek compensation. Their relationship is not the best. Their relationship is only good in the bar. My mothers sister and her brothers probably wont show this blog to my grandmother.

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Under the Charter, people physically present in Canada have numerous civil and political rights. Most of the rights can be exercised by any legal person (the Charter does not define the corporation as a "legal person"),^[3]but a few of the rights belong exclusively to natural persons, or (as in sections 3 and 6) only to citizens of Canada. The rights are enforceable by the courts through section 24 of the Charter, which allows courts discretion to award remedies to those whose rights have been denied. This section also allows courts to exclude evidence in trials if the evidence was acquired in a way that conflicts with the Charter and might damage the reputation of the justice system. Section 32 confirms that the Charter is binding on the federal government, the territories under its authority, and the provincial governments. The rights and freedoms enshrined in the Charter include:

Section 2: which lists what the Charter calls "fundamental freedoms" namely freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of expression, freedom of the press and of other media of communication, freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association.
